Standard Room

All of our guest rooms are uniquely decorated with period antiques, designer bedding, draperies, etc. to make your stay warm and inviting while providing complete comfort. A typical bedroom has wood floors, an antique bed (many of which are original to the hotel), barley twist night table, antique dresser or dressing table, and a chair. Most rooms have ceiling fans or original light fixtures. These amenities surround guest with a combination of history, convenience, charm and elegance. All standard rooms are telephone and television free to make your stay a peaceful escape.  We gladly pass on messages any guest may receive during their stay.

All of the bathrooms have been renovated with tile, slate, granite and/or marble. Each bathroom is also uniquely decorated and includes bathing amenities. The suites all have private bathrooms while the standard rooms have a center bathroom between rooms. Guests requiring a single room will never be asked to share a bathroom. Instead, the adjoining room would be taken off the market. However, these adjoining rooms are very convenient for families traveling with children or companions, co-workers, etc. traveling together. The standard room rate is discounted when adjoining rooms are reserved.

All of our rooms are designed for single or double occupancy with the exception of the Country and Family Suites. Each of these suites has two bedrooms with adjoining living rooms.

Country Suite:

This two bedroom suite offers elegance with a country flare. Both bedrooms offer iron beds, antique dressers and chest of drawers, private closets and unique decorations. Like all of our rooms, the beds are made with high thread count linens and designer comforters. The living room offers also offers antique furnishings for relaxing, playing games, enjoying a private meal, etc. The bathroom offers a large walk-in glass shower, pedestal sink and makeup table.

Family Suite:

This two bedroom suite offers a comfortable setting that is designed for guests requiring slightly more room. It contains two private bedrooms, a living room and a full-size bathroom. All of the furnishings are antique and bed linens are designer quality.

Queen Suite:

Conveniently located on the first floor, this suite offers a queen-size bedroom that opens to an adjoining sitting room. This suite is also uniquely decorated with antique furnishings and designer linens. The bathroom is small but elegant and contains a walk-in shower.
